central stays near serene parks and stunning landmark views
I loved strolling through the nearby Massif de la Clape, just a short walk away, while enjoying easy access to the stunning beach area that made for great sunset views during our stay, even though the hotel could improve their check-in process since we had to wait an additional hour for our room.

We had an amazing time relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying a full body massage at the spa. The room was comfortable, but we did wish the on-site restaurants were open earlier during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend taking a moment to appreciate the beautiful wine boutique! 🍷

We loved the scenic vineyard views that surrounded us during our stay. The Junior Suite in the Villa Soleilla was luxurious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace to enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast offered a great selection with fresh and tasty ingredients. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, we faced a check-in delay and had to wait longer than expected for our room, which was disappointing, especially for a one-night stay. The shuttle service to the beach was convenient, but the beach club staff lacked empathy when we arrived hungry just before lunch. While the hotel ambiance is beautiful, attention to detail in service needs improvement to match the luxury level expected at this price point.

Construction noise was a bit disruptive, particularly near the pool area, which could distract from relaxation. Limited dining options on-site forced us to venture to nearby Narbonne for meals, and the room service menu was quite basic and overpriced. Additionally, I had high hopes for more than just a single pool, but they boast another that’s only available to villa residents, which felt misleading.

Beautifully situated amidst vineyards, the Junior Suite provided spacious comfort with a fantastic walk-in shower. Dining was a highlight with delicious local and international dishes, complemented by a knowledgeable team at the wine boutique. Notably, the staff excelled, providing exceptional support, especially with transportation issues. However, the limited dining options onsite and lack of pet-friendly dining left some room for improvement.

beautiful setting but dining options were limited
The staff went above and beyond during our stay, especially when we had an issue with our rental car. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining and even drove us there at no charge. The suite was spacious and elegantly designed, combining modern comforts with charming details. The beautiful garden view added tranquility to our room, making our stay very relaxing.
The only restaurant available on-site was fully booked during our one-night stay, limiting our dining options.

Enjoyable, enjoyable, enjoyable
I felt immersed in the beauty of the vineyards right from my room with fine views that filled my senses with joy. The multi-course dinner at the on-site restaurant blew me away, highlighting fresh local ingredients and exquisite flavors that were nothing short of culinary art. My visit to the spa was an indulgent escape. The massage was literally one of the best I’ve ever experienced!

During my stay, I found the hotel's beautiful decor, set amidst picturesque vineyards, particularly enchanting. The well-maintained grounds offered serene strolls, and the accessible layout made it easy for me to navigate comfortably as a senior.
Wish for more accessible seating in dining areas.

Perfect for couples looking for a getaway
We had dinner at a local restaurant and the staff there were not just friendly but also genuinely interested in our experience. Plus, the wine tasting was a highlight, the sommeliers knew their stuff and really brought the whole experience to life.
It wasn't exactly cheap but worth every penny.
